My Story

I am an Independent Facilitator, Finance Manager, and Advocate with Kinship Consulting. Through California’s Self-Determination Program, I support individuals and families with attentiveness, compassion, and steadfast commitment. My work brings together person-centered planning, advocacy, financial oversight, communication access, and resource development to help families build support plans that reflect each person’s voice, goals, strengths, relationships, and future.

My degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Law from Cal Poly Pomona strengthened the way I approach this work. It gave me sharper tools to understand financial, legal, and systems-based barriers and turn complex processes into clearer, more accessible paths for individuals and families. Lived experience gives this work deeper meaning because accessibility, communication, education, and belonging are real parts of daily life. This keeps the work purposeful, person-centered, and focused on real support.
