Hello! I'm Emily.

I am deeply passionate about the role intersectionality plays in shaping student experiences, and am committed to advocating for holistic support and progressive change in both higher education and beyond. 

My Story

I began my career as a TK–8th grade case manager, developing IEPs and providing specialized academic instruction in an inclusive school environment. I later transitioned to higher education, serving as a disability accommodations case manager for specialized student cases.

I earned her Master of Arts in Higher Education Leadership from California State University, Northridge in Spring 2026. I am passionate about creating equitable, accessible, and neuro-affirming learning environments, supporting the success of students with disabilities and other historically underserved student populations, and educating faculty and staff on inclusive practices that foster student belonging and success.
